How I Finished Endacopia's Office and Call Center

I get the Remote Solutions Advisor job, complete all five calls, raise productivity, obtain the wrench and open the water cooler for the Core key.

Updated:

How I Finished Endacopia's Office and Call Center

Quick answer: Complete the reassessment until Melo becomes a Remote Solutions Advisor, then use the client-relations desk two doors down the hall. Pick up the handset before dialing. The five numbers are 559-2915, 331-7891, 865-9961, 968-5213 and 926-1396. After the calls, use the Office items to raise productivity, water the founder’s plant, trade the Flower for the Wrench and open the water cooler containing the Core key.

The Office is an early-to-mid Chapter 1 route.

I enter it after restoring Melo’s hands, mouth and eyeballs, and before the main Core and AI encounter.

Recovering the hands first is especially important. The assessment can be reached without completing every physical interaction, but the desk, phone, items, doors and water cooler all depend on Melo being able to use his hands.

Get the Remote Solutions Advisor Job

The reassessment elevator assigns Melo a role based on the interview answers.

The Call Center desk does not become Melo’s workplace unless the final result is:

Remote Solutions Advisor

The result describes a job based on communication, conflict resolution and providing solutions through the company’s telecommunications system.

It then directs Melo to the unoccupied client-relations desk two doors down the hall.

The interview profile I use

I choose the answers closest to this profile:

  1. say that Melo loves what he does;
  2. accept the repetitive corporate grind;
  3. take whatever the company pays;
  4. describe working too hard as the weakness;
  5. claim extensive work experience;
  6. say Melo will be in the exact same place in five years;
  7. ask when he can start working.

The exact wording can be satirical, but the overall profile is consistent:

  • compliant;
  • experienced;
  • willing to remain in the same role;
  • eager to begin;
  • suited to handling other people’s problems.

When the result says Remote Solutions Advisor, I stop reassessing and go to the assigned desk.

What Happens If I Get Strategic Probability Analysis?

A different reassessment result does not permanently block the Office route.

The clearest alternate result I encountered was a role based on:

Strategic Probability Analysis

That placement leads into a game-show area built around predicting whether the next roll will be above or below three.

I do not immediately reload if I receive this result.

The detour contains two useful Office items:

  • a Vacation Ticket awarded through the game-show route;
  • a Transparent Mug that can be picked up before leaving.

Both become useful later:

  • the Vacation Ticket helps an employee asking for a break;
  • the Transparent Mug carries ordinary water to the founder’s plant.

After collecting them, I return to the reassessment elevator and aim for Remote Solutions Advisor.

Go to the Client-Relations Desk

After receiving the correct job, I follow the hall to the unoccupied client-relations desk.

The computer shows five jobs.

Pick Up the Handset Before Dialing

The keypad has no separate Call button.

Entering all seven digits while the handset is still down produces no useful response.

I interact with the handset first and then enter the number.

Melo picking up the Call Center handset before entering a phone number
The keypad does nothing while the handset is down. I pick it up first, then enter the complete seven-digit number.

Marriage Advice — 559-2915

The caller believes his wife is cheating on him.

For the cleaner main route, I steer the conversation toward changing his appearance and using the disguise-and-flirt approach.

That resolves the original request without creating another urgent job.

What the murder choice changes

The alternate dialogue allows Melo to suggest killing the wife.

Choosing it has an immediate and visible effect:

  • the caller agrees;
  • Melo receives 300 credibility;
  • another call appears later asking where to hide a body.

The follow-up caller asks about the scene, the weapon and the approaching police.

This branch adds extra dialogue, but it is not required for Office progression, the Core key or an ending.

I use the clean Marriage Advice answer on a main-story run and leave the murder branch for a separate save when I want to see the additional call.

Bank Problems — 331-7891

The Bank Problems caller cannot access the money on her card.

I keep asking about the password until she remembers that she may have written it down on a piece of paper.

The useful reasoning chain is:

  1. ask whether the correct password is being used;
  2. suggest that it was written on paper;
  3. ask where the paper might have been placed;
  4. suggest looking inside a book;
  5. choose the Bible.

The available books include other plausible distractions, but the Bible is the correct location.

I do not need to leave the Office and search for a physical Bible. The entire solution happens through the phone dialogue.

Stuck in LVL 3 — 865-9961

This call starts a text-based battle against the Goblin Lord.

The starting values are:

  • Goblin Lord: 110 HP
  • caller: 80 HP
  • Lightning Scroll: 40 damage
  • Healing Potion: 10 HP restored

Normal attacks and enemy damage can vary, and attacks can miss, so I do not depend on one rigid damage sequence.

My safe Goblin Lord plan

I use the Unknown Scroll early.

It reveals itself as a Lightning Scroll and removes 40 HP, cutting the fight from 110 HP to roughly 70 before normal attacks and misses complicate the battle.

I save the Healing Potion until the caller has actually lost health. Its 10 HP recovery is small, so using it near full health wastes most of its value.

The most important prompt is the warning that the Goblin Lord takes a strange stance and is preparing a serious attack.

When that appears, I choose:

Guard

The Goblin Lord preparing a serious attack during the Endacopia phone battle
When the Goblin Lord takes a strange stance, I guard. A successful block leaves him too tired to act and creates a safer attack turn.

A successful defense blocks the heavy overhead sweep and leaves the Goblin Lord too tired to move.

That is the best time to attack.

My priority is therefore:

  1. use the Lightning Scroll;
  2. attack during ordinary safe turns;
  3. heal only after taking meaningful damage;
  4. guard the serious stance;
  5. attack while the Goblin Lord is tired;
  6. repeat until his HP reaches zero.

I do not restart simply because one attack misses. The fight allows enough room to recover as long as the serious attack is guarded.

How to Do Homework — 968-5213

I offer to help rather than dismissing the caller.

The answer sequence I use is:

2 → 12 → 5 → 600

The early questions include straightforward arithmetic such as:

  • 7 - 5 = 2
  • 8 + 4 = 12
  • 15 ÷ 3 = 5

The fourth useful answer in the sequence is 600.

Completing the questions correctly leads to the positive parent response and payment.

A wrong or careless route can end with the parent refusing to pay, so I do not rush through the prompts solely because the first three are simple.

Looking 4 Love — 926-1396

The caller wants someone to reinforce his belief that he is bad and does not deserve anything good.

I begin with the professional or calm conversation style.

The service may offer a premium conversation package for 50 credits.

I decline it on a main-story run. Paying does not replace the actual dialogue choices, and I would rather keep those credits for access items.

The route I use

I ask whether the caller genuinely believes what he says about himself.

That opens the explanation about his mother:

  • she constantly criticized him;
  • she compared him with other people;
  • nothing he did felt good enough.

I then steer him toward recognizing the toxic cycle and deciding what he wants to do with his own life.

What happens if I insult him

An alternate branch lets Melo target the caller’s breathing problem.

Doubling down on that insult makes the conversation much darker and ends with the caller talking about jumping from a cliff.

That outcome is not required for the job, and it does not give me a better route to the Core.

I use the reflective branch instead.

Finish the Five Calls Before Shopping Heavily

The phone jobs generate the currency and credibility needed around the Office.

I complete the calls before repeatedly spending money on consumables.

My purchase order is:

  1. Blue Key Card
  2. Red Key Card
  3. Yellow Key Card
  4. Stress Toy
  5. Energy Drink only when I still have spare currency

The three cards are permanent access tools for the Office route.

The Energy Drink is optional.

It does not:

  • open a colored door;
  • replace the Transparent Mug;
  • water the founder’s plant;
  • remove the water cooler casing;
  • replace the Flower needed for the Wrench.

How the Colored Key Cards Work

The doors use colored reader lights.

I match the card to the light:

  • blue reader → Blue Key Card;
  • red reader → Red Key Card;
  • yellow reader → Yellow Key Card.

I identify a door by the reader color rather than trying to memorize which employee currently appears behind it.

After buying the cards, I make one sweep through the Office and open every matching reader I can reach.

This is faster than buying one card, leaving the vending area, finding a locked door and returning for another card.

Raise Office Productivity

The productivity display reports the Office state, but interacting with the display does not solve the problem.

I help the workers directly.

The useful employee items are:

  • Vacation Ticket for the employee who needs a real break;
  • Stress Toy for the worker overwhelmed by stress;
  • the appropriate drink for the employee who explicitly says she is thirsty.

The Vacation Ticket comes from the probability/game-show detour.

The Stress Toy comes from the vending machine.

I do not hand valuable items to every employee at random. I wait for dialogue that describes the matching problem, then use the item once.

After each successful handoff, I check the nearby routes again. Productivity improves through the completed employee interactions rather than through repeatedly clicking the productivity board.

Water the Founder’s Plant

A note asks another employee to water the founder’s plant.

The correct container is the Transparent Mug.

I fill it with ordinary water from the Office water source and take it to the plant.

Melo using the Transparent Mug to water the founder's Office plant
The founder's plant needs ordinary water in the Transparent Mug. The Energy Drink and Melo's mouth are not substitutes.

One successful watering completes the plant interaction.

Continuing to pour water onto it does not create extra progress.

After the task updates, I collect the Flower associated with this route and keep it in my inventory.

Carry the Flower Before Paying for the Wrench Area

The Wrench is held in the probability/game-show side area.

Entering the relevant section can cost 50 credits, so I do not pay the entry cost until the Flower is already in my inventory.

Inside, I give the Flower to the character holding the Wrench.

The trade releases the tool immediately.

Entering without the Flower forces another paid trip or another round of currency gathering.

My decision rule is:

No Flower, no 50-credit entry.

Once I have the Wrench, I return directly to the Office.

Open the Water Cooler and Take the Core Key

The Core key is visible through the water cooler casing much earlier than it can be collected.

Clicking the key itself does not work.

I select the Wrench and use it on the cooler to unscrew the outer panel.

The Core key visible inside the Endacopia Office water cooler
The Core key is visible before it is reachable. I return with the Wrench, remove the casing and then collect it.

After the casing is removed, I take the Core key.

That finishes the main Office and Call Center route.

Does the Office Route Unlock an Achievement?

Completing the five calls does not directly unlock a named achievement.

Taking the Core key also does not immediately award one.

The Office route instead opens the next main progression:

  1. take the Core access items to the Core;
  2. pass the eye scan;
  3. enter Green → Yellow → Black → Red;
  4. resolve or defeat the AI.

Defeating the AI in battle unlocks:

System Override

The complete fight is covered in the Endacopia Boss Fights Guide.

The achievement A Natural Brawler is unrelated to completing the phone jobs. Its requirement is defeating 15 enemies.

The separate Water Break achievement requires hydration on three different occasions. Drinking can contribute to it, but watering the founder’s plant is not itself the achievement condition.

What to Do After Taking the Core Key

I leave the Office after confirming the Core item is in the inventory.

My next route is:

  1. finish any missing Core access requirement;
  2. travel to the Core;
  3. use the eye scanner;
  4. enter the heartbeat sequence;
  5. resolve the AI encounter;
  6. continue toward Scribbly’s map.

FAQ

Can the wrong reassessment job lock me out of the Endacopia Call Center? +

No. I can return to the reassessment elevator and take the interview again. The Strategic Probability Analysis result is also a useful detour because its game-show area contains the Vacation Ticket and Transparent Mug.

Does completing all five Office calls unlock an achievement? +

No achievement unlocks directly from the five calls or the Core key. The Office route opens the Core progression, and defeating the AI there unlocks System Override.

Do I need the Energy Drink to finish the Office route? +

No. I prioritize the three colored key cards and Stress Toy. The Energy Drink is optional and is not a replacement for the Transparent Mug, ordinary water, Flower or Wrench.
