Read Guide →Fortune Mill has 40 achievements. Most unlock naturally while you push each room, but 100% cleanup usually comes from jackpot colors, Poker Pirate’s 3 of a Kind, Shadow Realm, Poppy’s Wheel, late Gacha helpers, and rare Gacha pulls. Do not confirm the final escape until you have checked Pearlescent Pull, Legendary Pull, Lucky Spin, 5th JACKPOT, Bin Goosey, Gumball Goose, and Boss Slain.
The easiest way to 100% Fortune Mill is to clear achievements by progression stage instead of chasing every achievement the moment it appears.
Use this route:
| Stage | Achievement focus | Main thing to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Room 1 | Bullseyes, Bottle of Hope, Metal Bottle, Rattling Gunner, Magician Mousie, Verminous | Upgrade bullseye size and do not forget the bottle |
| Room 2 | Accountant Toad, Abacus Frog, Big time win, jackpots, Gorgon | Push ticket value, ticket size, jackpot symbols, and best wins |
| Pachinko / Dice / Poker | Red Hot Roller, Ice Cold Roller, Mean Green Roller, Poker Pirate, I Had Trips, Rimmington | Keep dice and Poker Pirate systems active while building tickets |
| Shadow Realm | Boss Slain | Wait until dart damage is strong enough |
| Sushi / Poppy | Poppy the Kangaroo, Ghost Janitor, Hivemind, Lucky Spin | Keep spinning Poppy’s Wheel during late-game cleanup |
| Gacha | Rare Pull, Epic Pull, Legendary Pull, Pearlescent Pull, Bin Goosey, Gumball Goose | Increase pull volume and do not rush Executor too early |
| Final | Executor - BRIBED | Check rare achievements before escape |

Room 1 has several easy achievements, but some are easy to forget if you rush into the next room.
The main achievements are:
The bullseye achievements come from hitting each special bullseye color after you unlock it.
| Achievement | What to do |
|---|---|
| Bullseye! | Hit the basic red bullseye |
| Super Bullseye! | Unlock and hit the purple super bullseye |
| Duper Bullseye! | Unlock and hit the blue duper bullseye |
| Ultra Bullseye! | Unlock and hit the yellow ultra bullseye |
| Turbo Bullseye! | Unlock and hit the green turbo bullseye |
| Royal Bullseye! | Unlock and hit the orange royal bullseye |
| Pinnacle Bullseye! | Hit the final pinnacle bullseye worth 20x more gold |
The practical strategy is simple:
The bottle achievements are Room 1 interaction achievements. The bottle appears in the dart room, and the simple route is to aim darts at it until the first bottle achievement triggers.
For Bottle of Hope, keep hitting or interacting with the bottle until it breaks or changes state. For Metal Bottle, continue interacting with the bottle after the first bottle state changes. If you leave Room 1 early and miss these, return later and keep targeting the bottle area until both achievements are done.
Both helper achievements are straightforward:
| Achievement | How to get it |
|---|---|
| Rattling Gunner - HIRED | Buy the Rattling Gunner helper in Room 1 |
| Magician Mousie - HIRED | Buy the Magician Mousie helper in Room 1 |
Pay the Million Nugget Bribe to Verminous to unlock the next room.
You can pay as soon as you have 1,000,000 gold, but it is usually better to buy key Room 1 helpers and scaling upgrades first.
Room 2 is where most ticket and jackpot achievements start.
The important achievements are:
The jackpot achievements come from hitting the jackpot prize on different Lotto Scratcher colors.
| Achievement | Target |
|---|---|
| 1st JACKPOT! | Jackpot from the orange Lotto Scratcher |
| 2nd JACKPOT! | Jackpot from the green Lotto Scratcher |
| 3rd JACKPOT! | Jackpot from the intermediate Lotto Scratcher color |
| 4th JACKPOT! | Jackpot from the blue Lotto Scratcher |
| 5th JACKPOT! | Jackpot from the grey Lotto Scratcher |
To make jackpots easier:
Accountant Toad and Abacus Frog are separate Room 2 helper achievements.
Accountant Toad generates passive money based on your best wins from all ticket types. This helps Big time win! indirectly because it funds the ticket upgrades that make a 10,000+ single scratcher more realistic.
Abacus Frog is not just another helper checkbox. After hiring it, repeated ticket play gives EXP, and each ticket level-up permanently boosts that ticket’s money. This makes jackpot cleanup and best-win pushing less wasteful.
Big time win! requires earning 10,000+ dollars from a single scratcher. Passive money does not count as the ticket result; you need one strong scratcher payout.
Good routes include:
| Route | Why it works |
|---|---|
| High-value Green Ticket run | Money Maze Madness can spike after Dollar Valuation, larger layouts, and Extra Life |
| Jackpot hit | A jackpot prize can push a single ticket above 10,000 |
| Later ticket colors | Stronger tickets naturally raise the single-ticket ceiling |
| Purple Ticket / High Roller Heist | Later risk/reward ticket layer can produce bigger results when supported |
If Big time win is still missing, do not farm weak starter tickets. Upgrade ticket value, expand layouts, unlock jackpot symbols, and return later with stronger ticket colors.
Gorgon is the Room 2 blocker. Pay 1,000,000 money to Gorgon to move one step closer to freedom.
Do this after you have useful Room 2 scaling, especially Accountant Toad, Abacus Frog if available, jackpot symbols, and at least one stronger ticket type.
The dice and poker achievements are mostly midgame unlocks. They are not difficult, but they are partly chance-based.
| Achievement | How to get it |
|---|---|
| Red Hot Roller | Roll a 6 and play the Red Dice bonus game |
| Ice Cold Roller | Roll an 8 and play the Blue Dice bonus game |
| Mean Green Roller | Roll a 10 and play the Green Dice bonus game |
| Poker Pirate - HIRED | Hire Poker Pirate |
| I Had Trips! | Get a 3 of a Kind or better from Poker Pirate’s cards |
| Bubba - HIRED | Hire Bubba |
| Rimmington - BRIBED | Pay 1,000,000 tickets to Rimmington |
I Had Trips! requires a 3 of a Kind or better from Poker Pirate’s cards.
Poker Pirate triggers a five-card hand during the Pachinko / Poker Pirate system. The result is chance-based, so you cannot simply buy one upgrade and force trips on demand. What you can do is create more Poker Pirate triggers per session by keeping Pachinko moving, improving ball flow, and returning to the system while you work on Rimmington or midgame cleanup.
Boss Slain requires you to defeat the first Shadow Mode boss.
Do not force this achievement the moment Shadow Realm appears. Early boss attempts can fail badly if your damage is too low.
Before going for Boss Slain, improve:
| If your Shadow Realm attempt… | What to do |
|---|---|
| Barely damages the boss | Leave and upgrade dart damage |
| Gets close to killing the boss | Buy duration or damage upgrades |
| Fails because time runs out | Improve Extended Stay |
| Fails because hits are weak | Improve special darts and marks |
| Kills the first boss | Boss Slain should unlock |
Sushi progress leads into more helper and wheel achievements.
The important achievements here are:
Poppy the Kangaroo and Ghost Janitor appear in the late-midgame helper path around the Sushi stage. If you care about 100%, check both before moving too far into final cleanup.
Poppy matters because it leads into Poppy’s Wheel, which is required for Lucky Spin. Ghost Janitor is a separate helper achievement, so do not assume Poppy covers all Sushi-side helper cleanup.
Lucky Spin requires you to get the top prize from Poppy’s Wheel.
The visible wheel prizes include:
| Wheel prize | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| 2.00x all $ gain for all rooms | Top visible prize and the Lucky Spin target |
| 1.50x all $ gain for all rooms | Strong all-room money boost |
| +4 uses for a random shaker | Extra utility for shaker-based bonuses |
| 3 minutes of Ribbon Gains | Helps Sushi / Hivemind progress |
| 2 minutes of Ribbon Gains | Smaller Sushi ribbon boost |
| 1 minute of Fuel | Helps generate more sushi pieces |
Do not save Poppy’s Wheel for the very end. Use spins while you work on Sushi, Gacha, Shadow Realm, or jackpot cleanup.
Hivemind requires 1,000,000 ribbons. Push Sushi fuel, higher-tier sushi, and ribbon generation until you can pay the bribe.
The Gacha achievements are usually the last big cleanup wall.
The main achievements are:
| Achievement | Requirement | Practical advice |
|---|---|---|
| Rare Pull | Get a blue-rarity item from any Gacha machine | Keep pulling after the first machine unlocks |
| Epic Pull | Get a purple-rarity item from any Gacha machine | Improve pull volume and keep rolling |
| Legendary Pull | Get an orange-rarity item from any Gacha machine | Late Gacha cleanup; do not expect it immediately |
| Pearlescent Pull | Get a cyan-rarity item from any Gacha machine | Rarest visible achievement; keep increasing Gacha throughput |
Do not build your route around a guaranteed rarity drop. Instead:
Bin Goosey and Gumball Goose are late Gacha helper achievements. If either one is still missing, keep improving capsule access, stuffing value, pull volume, and useful Gacha item bonuses.
Executor - BRIBED is the final escape achievement. It requires paying 1,000,000 stuffing to Executor.
Before paying Executor, check:
| Final check | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Pearlescent Pull | Rarest visible Gacha pull achievement |
| Legendary Pull | Late Gacha rarity cleanup |
| Lucky Spin | Can take time because it depends on Poppy’s Wheel |
| 5th JACKPOT! | Easy to miss if one ticket color is underplayed |
| 3rd JACKPOT! | Check the intermediate ticket color if it is still missing |
| Gumball Goose | Late Gacha helper |
| Bin Goosey | Late Gacha collection helper |
| Boss Slain | Shadow Realm check |
| Pinnacle Bullseye | Easy to forget if you left Room 1 early |
| Bottle of Hope / Metal Bottle | Easy to miss if you ignored the bottle in Room 1 |
Use this checklist before confirming the final escape.
| Category | Confirm this | Difficulty note |
|---|---|---|
| Room 1 bullseyes | Bullseye, Super, Duper, Ultra, Turbo, Royal, Pinnacle | Pinnacle may need later Room 1 upgrades |
| Room 1 bottle | Bottle of Hope and Metal Bottle | Easy to miss if you ignore the bottle |
| Room 1 helpers | Rattling Gunner and Magician Mousie | Usually natural if you buy key helpers |
| Room 1 bribe | Verminous - BRIBED | Required progression |
| Room 2 helpers | Accountant Toad and Abacus Frog | Abacus Frog is easy to delay |
| Room 2 payout | Big time win | Easier with Green Tickets, jackpot, or later ticket colors |
| Jackpots | 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th JACKPOT | 3rd / 5th are easy cleanup misses |
| Room 2 bribe | Gorgon - BRIBED | Required progression |
| Dice | Red Hot Roller, Ice Cold Roller, Mean Green Roller | Chance-based, but usually manageable |
| Poker | Poker Pirate and I Had Trips | I Had Trips needs 3 of a Kind or better |
| Pachinko / tickets | Rimmington - BRIBED | Required progression |
| Shadow Realm | Boss Slain | Damage check |
| Sushi helpers | Poppy and Ghost Janitor | Check before final escape |
| Sushi bribe | Hivemind - BRIBED | Required progression |
| Poppy Wheel | Lucky Spin | Hard; start spinning early |
| Gacha rarity | Rare, Epic, Legendary, Pearlescent Pull | Legendary and Pearlescent are hard cleanup |
| Gacha helpers | Bin Goosey and Gumball Goose | Late Gacha cleanup |
| Final | Executor - BRIBED | Final blocker |
Fortune Mill has 40 achievements. Most unlock naturally while progressing through rooms, but the rarest ones are tied to Gacha rarity pulls, Poppy's Wheel, and the final escape.
Yes, a normal 100% route can get all achievements in one run as long as you do not escape before checking your remaining Gacha, Poppy, jackpot, Shadow Realm, and helper goals.
The hardest achievements are usually Pearlescent Pull, Legendary Pull, Lucky Spin, Executor - BRIBED, Gumball Goose - HIRED, and Bin Goosey - HIRED because they happen late or depend on rare Gacha and wheel outcomes.
In Room 1, aim darts at the bottle until the bottle achievement triggers. If Metal Bottle has not unlocked yet, keep interacting with or hitting the bottle after its state changes.
Unlock jackpot symbols, upgrade ticket size and value, then hit the jackpot prize from each required Lotto Scratcher color. The achievement sequence is orange, green, an intermediate ticket color, blue, and grey.
Unlock Shadow Realm, improve dart damage, special dart effects, Rattling Gunner speed, marks, and visit duration, then defeat the first Shadow Mode boss.
I Had Trips requires a 3 of a Kind or better from Poker Pirate's five-card hand. It is chance-based, so more Poker Pirate triggers per session give you more attempts.
Unlock and improve Gacha machines, increase pull volume, use duplicates for stuffing, and keep pulling until you get an orange-rarity item for Legendary Pull and a cyan-rarity item for Pearlescent Pull.
Do achievement cleanup before confirming the final escape. The final prompt ends the current run, so check rare pulls, Lucky Spin, jackpots, helpers, and Shadow Realm first.
