Read Guide →Fortune Mill is easiest when you treat every room as part of one escape route: build Darts for gold, open Lotto for money, push Pachinko for tickets, scale Sushi for ribbons, use Gacha for stuffing, then pay Executor only after your major cleanup goals are done. Start with the walkthrough if you are lost, use the best upgrades guide if you are stuck on spending, and use the achievements guide when you are ready for 51/51 including New Game+ COMPLETED.
Fortune Mill looks simple at first, but the run opens into several rooms that keep feeding each other. This hub is the route map. Use the detailed guides when you need a specific answer instead of trying to turn this page into a full wiki.
| If you need help with… | Read this first | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Full room order and escape route | Walkthrough | Covers the base run from Darts to Executor without getting lost between rooms |
| What to buy next | Best Upgrades | Explains upgrade priority, when to save, and when to return to older rooms |
| Less manual clicking | Automation Guide | Covers Rattling Gunner, Auto Throw, Auto Scratch, Abacus Frog, and late automation |
| Pachinko, Sushi, Gacha, Shadow Realm | Midgame & Lategame Rooms | Focuses on the rooms where players usually slow down after Lotto |
| Jackpots and Lotto Scratchers | Scratcher Jackpot Guide | Best for Big time win, jackpot colors, Auto Scratch, and Lotto cleanup |
| All achievements | Achievements Guide | Updated for all 51 achievements, including NG+ and the late bullseyes |
The base escape route is linear, but your income is not. Older rooms keep mattering because their helpers, multipliers, and automation keep feeding later progress.
| Stage | Main currency / blocker | What you are really building | Do not leave before… |
|---|---|---|---|
| Darts Room | 1,000,000 gold for Verminous | Gold value, bullseyes, Rattling Gunner, Magician Mousey, Trial Mode | Rattling Gunner, Mousey, key bullseyes, and enough passive income |
| Lotto Room | 1,000,000 money for Gorgon | Ticket value, best wins, jackpots, Accountant Toad, Abacus Frog, Auto Scratch | Accountant Toad, Abacus Frog, Auto Scratch, and stronger ticket layers |
| Pachinko / Dice / Poker | 1,000,000 tickets for Rimmington | Ball flow, dice bonus games, Poker Pirate, ticket scaling | Poker Pirate active, dice systems moving, and enough ticket income |
| Sushi Room | 1,000,000 ribbons for Hivemind | Fuel, sushi tiers, ribbon gain, Ghost Janitor, Poppy’s Wheel | Poppy unlocked and Lucky Spin attempts started |
| Gacha Room | 1,000,000 stuffing for Executor | Pull volume, Gacha rarity, stuffing value, helper unlocks, item bonuses | Legendary Pull, Pearlescent Pull, helper checks, and final cleanup |
| New Game+ | 10,000,000 per room | Repeat route with higher bribes and more expensive upgrades | Base-run cleanup finished first |
This is the short route I would follow for a clean first escape.
| Step | Goal | Practical route |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Stabilize Darts income | Buy gold value, Bigger Bullseye, Multi-Throw, Rattling Gunner, and Magician Mousey. Run Trial Mode after the board is easier to hit. |
| 2 | Open Lotto without abandoning Darts | Pay Verminous, then return to Darts whenever cheap upgrades or helper points are available. |
| 3 | Make Lotto less painful | Hire Accountant Toad, unlock Abacus Frog, turn on Auto Scratch, then push ticket value and ticket size. |
| 4 | Move through Pachinko | Keep Pachinko, dice, and Poker Pirate systems active while ticket income grows. Do not camp weak early ticket upgrades forever. |
| 5 | Start Sushi and Poppy | In the Sushi stage, unlock Poppy’s Wheel and begin spinning while you also push ribbons and prepare for Gacha. |
| 6 | Clean up late systems | Use Shadow Realm when your damage is ready, keep Gacha pulls moving, and check Legendary / Pearlescent before final escape. |
| 7 | Escape only after cleanup | Pay Executor when stuffing is ready, but only after checking achievements, jackpots, Lucky Spin, and rare pulls. |
For a normal run, the best upgrades are not always the most expensive ones. Buy the upgrades that unlock more systems, automation, or permanent scaling before you chase tiny late levels.
| Priority | Buy / improve this | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Gold value upgrades | Every dart becomes more useful immediately |
| 2 | Bigger Bullseye | Makes bullseye achievements and Trial Mode easier |
| 3 | Multi-Throw | More darts means more hits and more special dart chances |
| 4 | Rattling Gunner | Your first real passive income engine |
| 5 | Magician Mousey | Opens study upgrades and long-term scaling |
| 6 | Trial Mode support | A stronger board makes Trial Mode multipliers easier to improve |
The first room gets easier once Rattling Gunner is online. In the play route used for this guide, Rattling Gunner starts as a slow helper, then becomes the reason Darts can keep paying while you work elsewhere.
| Priority | Buy / improve this | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Ticket value | Raises every scratcher payout |
| 2 | Ticket size | More spaces means more chances for useful symbols |
| 3 | Accountant Toad | Converts best wins into passive money |
| 4 | Abacus Frog | Turns repeated ticket play into permanent ticket EXP |
| 5 | Auto Scratch | Removes the worst manual scratching bottleneck |
| 6 | Jackpot chance | Better after ticket value and size are already stronger |
| Problem | Usually means… | What to do next |
|---|---|---|
| Darts feels too slow | You are under-invested in Rattling Gunner, bullseye size, or special dart scaling | Return to Darts and buy automation / multiplier upgrades |
| Lotto hurts your hand | You delayed Auto Scratch or Abacus Frog | Use the Automation Guide and prioritize Auto Scratch |
| Big time win will not trigger | Your ticket ceiling is too low | Upgrade ticket value, expand ticket layouts, unlock stronger ticket colors, then try again |
| Jackpot achievements are slow | You are farming weak tickets too early | Push ticket size and value before serious jackpot cleanup |
| Boss Slain fails | Shadow Realm damage is not ready | Improve dart damage, Rattling speed, marks, and duration before trying again |
| Sushi ribbons crawl | Fuel and sushi scaling are behind | Push fuel generation, higher-tier sushi, and ribbon gain before forcing Hivemind |
| Lucky Spin will not pop | Poppy’s Wheel is chance-based | Start wheel attempts in the Sushi stage and keep spinning during other cleanup |
| Pearlescent Pull takes forever | Gacha volume or rare-rate support is too low | Increase pull speed, token generation, animation skip, and machine priority before waiting on rarity |
| NG+ feels much harder | It is not just a small repeat run | Rebuild Darts and Lotto automation first; each room now asks for 10,000,000 |
Fortune Mill currently has 51 achievements after the New Game+ update. The base run still covers most of the original achievement route, but full completion now also requires New Game+ COMPLETED and the added late bullseye achievements.
Do not treat Executor - BRIBED as the only final goal. Before escape, check these first:
| Cleanup target | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Bottle of Hope / Metal Bottle | Easy to miss if you ignore the bottle above the dart board |
| Pinnacle and late bullseyes | Easier after more bullseye size and Darts scaling |
| All five JACKPOT achievements | One ticket color can lag behind if you rushed Lotto |
| I Had Trips! | Poker Pirate needs a 3 of a Kind or better |
| Boss Slain | Requires enough Shadow Realm damage, not just the unlock |
| Lucky Spin | Poppy’s Wheel top prize can take repeated spins |
| Legendary Pull / Pearlescent Pull | Gacha rarity cleanup is usually the final base-run wall |
| New Game+ COMPLETED | Required for current 51/51 completion |
For the full checklist, use the Fortune Mill achievements guide.
New Game+ is not just the old first escape with one small bonus. The verified hard change is the room blocker: each normal 1,000,000 bribe becomes 10,000,000 per room, and upgrades are more expensive.
Use this order when you enter NG+:
| NG+ priority | Why |
|---|---|
| Rebuild Darts income first | Every later room still benefits from early scaling and automation |
| Buy Rattling Gunner and Magician Mousey again when available | These are the backbone of the repeated route |
| Do not brute-force later rooms too early | More expensive upgrades make weak scaling feel worse |
| Get Lotto automation back online | Auto Scratch and best-win scaling reduce the grind |
| Clean up NG+ bullseyes while Darts scales | The update added ten late bullseye achievements |
If this is your first time through the game, use this order:
| Order | Guide | Use it when… |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Walkthrough | You want the full room-by-room route |
| 2 | Best Upgrades | You are unsure what to buy next |
| 3 | Automation Guide | Clicking is slowing you down |
| 4 | Scratcher Jackpot Guide | Lotto, jackpots, or Big time win are stuck |
| 5 | Midgame & Lategame Rooms | Pachinko, Sushi, Gacha, or Shadow Realm slows down |
| 6 | Achievements Guide | You are cleaning up 51/51 achievements |
The biggest Fortune Mill mistake is rushing the newest room while older systems are still weak. Keep cycling back: Darts gives multipliers and automation, Lotto gives best-win scaling and jackpots, Shadow Realm gives permanent damage / gold pressure, Sushi gives Poppy’s Wheel and ribbon progress, and Gacha gives the last stuffing and rarity cleanup.
Once those systems are moving together, the base escape is straightforward. The real cleanup is making sure you do not leave behind jackpots, Lucky Spin, Shadow Realm, late Gacha pulls, or the New Game+ achievement.
The normal route is Darts for gold, Lotto Scratchers for money, Pachinko for tickets, Sushi for ribbons, Gacha for stuffing, then Executor for the base-run escape. Treat older rooms as income engines instead of abandoning them completely.
In the first room, buy gold value, Bigger Bullseye, Multi-Throw, Rattling Gunner, Magician Mousey, and Trial Mode support. After Lotto opens, prioritize Accountant Toad, Abacus Frog, Auto Scratch, ticket value, and ticket size before farming all jackpots.
Your first relief comes from Rattling Gunner and Auto Throw in the Darts room. Lotto becomes much easier after Accountant Toad, Abacus Frog, and Auto Scratch. Gacha cleanup is faster after animation skip, stronger token generation, and better pull volume.
Fortune Mill currently has 51 achievements after the New Game+ update. The original 40 base achievements cover the first escape route, while the update added New Game+ COMPLETED and ten late bullseye achievements.
Yes. The current 51-achievement route requires New Game+ COMPLETED. New Game+ changes the main room bribe target from 1,000,000 to 10,000,000 per room and makes upgrades more expensive, so clean up base-run achievements before treating the game as finished.
Do not wait until the final escape prompt. Clean up jackpots after stronger Lotto upgrades, start Poppy's Wheel during the Sushi stage, and keep Gacha running until Legendary Pull and Pearlescent Pull are done.
Most stuck points come from pushing only the newest room. Return to older rooms for permanent multipliers, automation, jackpot best wins, Shadow Realm damage, Sushi ribbon scaling, and Gacha item bonuses.
Use the walkthrough if you are lost on room order. Use the best upgrades guide if you know the current room but are unsure what to buy next. Use the achievements guide only when you are cleaning up 51/51.
