Quick Answer
Orb of Creation 1.0 has 50 achievements in this list. I do not chase them from top to bottom; I split them into natural first-run progress, Expert ascension cleanup, Perfect technology cleanup, Time Rune goals, challenge clears, and restriction runs like Orb Minimalism.
This is the achievement guide for Orb of Creation 1.0.
A raw achievement list is useful, but it does not tell me which achievements are safe to ignore, which ones need a planned route, and which ones should wait until New Game Plus.
How I use this achievement list
I split the list by timing.
| Timing | What belongs here | My approach |
|---|---|---|
| Natural first-run progress | Casting, attributes, mana capacity, early technology progress | Let these happen while learning the route |
| Planned system cleanup | Master achievements and Perfect technology achievements | Pick one system at a time instead of jumping across every category |
| Endgame route | Restore the World | Treat this as the normal final ritual goal |
| Time Rune route | Rune Revolutionary, Scaling Schemer, Tempo Tactician, Ideal Investments | Save for New Game Plus and long-run planning |
| Challenge route | Challenge Savant, Void Ender | Do after I know the normal route |
| Restriction route | Orb Minimalism | Do late, after I know which Expert Researches are actually optional |
That is why I sort the achievements by cleanup timing instead of treating all 50 hidden entries as equal. I do not need to stare at 50 hidden entries equally. I need to know what not to force too early.
Why everything shows 0.1% right now
The current rarity snapshot is useful, but I do not overread it.
Most entries showing 0.1% does not mean every achievement is equally impossible. It usually means the 1.0 achievement set is still new, and many achievements point toward systems that take time to reach: Expert ascensions, Perfect technologies, Time Runes, challenges, final ritual completion, and restriction runs.
So I treat the low rarity as a timing signal, not a difficulty ranking.
Terms I track before cleanup
A few achievement descriptions use late-route terms that are easy to read past. I do not treat them as first-hour goals, but I do mark what kind of route they belong to.
| Term | Achievement connection | How I read it in-game | How I treat it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Achievement Strength | Bounty Board | The achievement asks me to reach a certain level of Achievement Strength. In the route material, an achievement-related upgrade appears after deeper Scholar progress, but I do not have enough evidence yet to describe the full reward system. | I treat this as long-term achievement-power cleanup, not something to force during the first route. |
| Orb Points | Specialist | The achievement asks me to earn a certain number of Orb Points. Orb progression appears later in the run, but I do not treat Specialist as an early checklist goal. I wait until the game clearly shows the next Orb Point or Orb Advancement step. | I track it as a late progression / Orb route goal until I can verify the exact payoff. |
| Expert Researches | Orb Minimalism | This achievement limits how many Expert Researches I can buy during a world cycle. | I delay it until I already know which Expert Researches are required for a normal clear. |
| Expert ascension | Master achievements | Each Master achievement asks me to ascend a specific Expert system multiple times. | I clean these one system at a time instead of chasing every Master achievement at once. |
| Perfect technology | Perfect achievements | Each Perfect achievement asks me to perfect one Improved technology. | I clean these by technology group after the normal route is stable. |
| Time Runes | Rune Revolutionary, Scaling Schemer, Tempo Tactician, Ideal Investments | These achievements point toward Time Rune leveling and category-specific rune investment. | I save them for New Game Plus / long-run scaling cleanup. |
| Final ritual | Restore the World | This is the normal endgame completion target. | I treat it as the baseline clear before restriction or challenge cleanup. |
Random discovery changes achievement planning
Orb of Creation 1.0 can randomize discoveries and tool choices, so I do not assume every Expert system, rune direction, or late route appears in the same order every run.
That matters most for achievements like the Master series and Time Rune achievements. If I am aiming for Master Wizardry, Master Scholar, or Master Storm, but that system is not available in the current choice set yet, I do not treat the save as broken. I keep progressing, watch the next discoveries, and shift the cleanup target when the matching system appears.

What I do not force on the first run
The first run is for learning the route.
I do not force the Master series immediately because those achievements require repeated Expert ascensions. If 1.0 discovery choices delay a specific Expert direction, I keep progressing instead of trying to force that one achievement too early.
I do not force the Perfect series immediately because those achievements are tied to perfecting specific Improved technologies. They are better handled when I am already pushing that technology route.
I do not force Time Rune achievements before the run has clearly moved into New Game Plus and long-run scaling. Rune Revolutionary, Scaling Schemer, Tempo Tactician, and Ideal Investments are not beginner goals.
I definitely do not force Orb Minimalism blind. A restriction run only makes sense after I know which Expert Researches are required for a normal world cycle and which ones I can skip.
My cleanup order
This is the route I would use after the first stable clear.
| Step | Cleanup goal | Why this order works |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Learn the normal route and reach the final ritual path | I need a baseline before restriction planning |
| 2 | Let natural achievements progress | Spellslinger, Stat Block, Orbular Growth, and Technology Tycoon should move while I play normally |
| 3 | Pick one Expert direction | The Master series is easier when I focus one system at a time |
| 4 | Clean Perfect technologies that match my current build | I do not jump across all Perfect achievements randomly |
| 5 | Move into Time Rune achievements | Rune goals fit better after New Game Plus systems are clear |
| 6 | Do challenge achievements | Challenge Savant and Void Ender are easier after I know the normal power curve |
| 7 | Attempt Orb Minimalism | Restriction cleanup belongs after the normal world cycle is understood |
This order is not about speedrunning the achievement list. It is about avoiding the worst mistake: chasing a late restriction or repeated ascension before I understand the normal route.
How I track progress without overgrinding
I use the achievement list as a map, not as a command.
If an achievement advances naturally, I leave it alone. If an achievement names a system, I wait until that system is already part of my route. If an achievement asks for repeated clears, repeated ascensions, or a restriction, I mark it for cleanup after the route is stable.
FAQ
How many achievements are in Orb of Creation 1.0? +
Orb of Creation 1.0 has 50 achievements in this list. Most are hidden and the current snapshot shows extremely low rarity because the 1.0 achievement set is still new.
Why do so many Orb of Creation achievements show 0.1%? +
The main reason is timing. The 1.0 achievement set is new and many achievements point toward late systems, Expert ascensions, Time Runes, challenges, or final ritual cleanup, so most players have not had time to finish them yet.
Should I chase achievements during my first run? +
No. I would learn the normal route first, then clean up Expert ascensions, Perfect technologies, Time Runes, challenges, and restriction achievements after I understand world cycles.
How does random discovery affect achievements? +
Because 1.0 discoveries can vary, I do not expect every Expert direction, rune path, or system to appear in the same order. If a Master achievement's Expert system is not available yet, I continue the route and watch for that system later.
What is Orb Minimalism? +
Orb Minimalism asks for a world cycle while purchasing only a minimal amount of Expert Researches. I treat it as a later restriction run, not a blind first-run target.
What achievements are related to Time Runes? +
Rune Revolutionary, Scaling Schemer, Tempo Tactician, and Ideal Investments all point toward Time Rune leveling. I save these for New Game Plus and long-run cleanup planning.
